Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the framelled.com website and 8020 Extrusion Configurator application (the “Service”) operated by Framelled (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Service allows users to design, configure, and explore 3D models of aluminum extrusion frames. You may use the Service for personal or commercial projects, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious files, interfering with other users’ accounts, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Framelled and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any 3D models or configurations you create. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the 3D models, measurements, or configurations generated are accurate or suitable for any specific purpose. Always verify designs before fabrication.
In no event shall Framelled be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
